Nancy will be co-presenting a workshop titled, “Understanding the Rules and Ethical Standards that Govern Your Mediation Practice” at PCM’s 35th Annual Conference. Nancy will be a Plenary speaker at the Chester County Bar Association’s “Spring Bench Bar Conference.” Nancy’s topic is titled “Anatomy of a Mediation,” and she will discuss the many components of the mediation process and what parties and counsel can do at various stages to help achieve a mediated settlement. CLE Program titled “Using ADR In Your Practice.”
Nancy Glidden attended the American Bar Association “Forum on Construction Law, Regional Meeting” in Washington, D.C. The
Forum featured panels of industry professionals who presented on
key provisions of standard construction industry contracts (AIA,
and focused on how provisions impact design professionals, owners,
contractors, and sub-contractors.
Glidden ADR was glad to be a donor in support of the March of
Dimes (Pa Philadelphia Market) at the MOD’s 33rd Annual “Chester County Salute to Women of Achievement” dinner. Nancy Glidden serves on the “Fund the Mission” committee. Through sponsorships, the auction, and individual gifts, $80,000 was raised to further the mission of the March of Dimes – which is to support parents, and work to address preventable maternal health risks and pre-term births.
